Purposes of Transfer of Your Personal Data and Recipient Groups
Due to our legal obligations and limited thereto, personal data are shared with courts and other public institutions (i) to comply with a court order or applicable law; (ii) prevent illegal use of our sites and applications; (iii) defend ourselves against third-party claims; and (iv) to help prevent or investigate fraud (e.g., fraud). Furthermore, within the scope of our legitimate interests, personal data are transferred to third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of Şişecam to host, manage and serve our data, distribute emails, research and analysis, advertising, analytics, manage brand and product promotions, and manage certain services and features; within the limits prescribed by the legislation, in order to provide the services we undertake and to carry out quality control of the services provided.
Your personal data may be transferred to Turkey, which is located outside the European Economic Area. With regard to transfers abroad, transfers are carried out based on the standard contractual clauses published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board and by the European Commission. Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken during the transfer of personal data to third parties.
