About Us

Automotive Glass at a Glance

In 1966, we started the first automotive glass production in Türkiye at our Çayırova facility. In 1978, we started production in our Bursa facility, and in 1983, we established our first modern auto glass factory in Lüleburgaz. With our expertise in the production of glass for automobiles, light commercial vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles, we have carried out qualified projects with leading automotive manufacturers worldwide.

Laminated Glass

Şişecam's signature laminated glasses meet the need of safety and comfort simultaneously. They offer a comfortable ride by blocking UV rays. Thanks to safety features, the do not shatter into sharp fragments scatter into the vehicle in case of accidents, providing the driver a short-term vision.

Tempered Glass

Our tempered glasses, strengthened by the heat tempering method and made 4-5 times more durable than normal glasses, help prevent serious injuries by breaking into small pieces in case of an accident.

Double Glazing

Double glazing, obtained by combining two pieces of tempered glass with a gap of 6-12 mm between them, provides effective heat and sound insulation in vehicles with large glass surfaces. The air gaps created by aluminum lath increase sound and heat insulation performance.
