HUD glass is applied on vehicle windshields and enables the Head-up Display feature to be used. Together with the HUD feature, HUD glass enables all important indicators –speedometer, GPS, radio channels, and the like – to be displayed on the windshield. This display makes it easier for the driver to focus on the road, thus creating stress-free driving conditions and significantly reducing the risk of distraction-related accidents.

Model-specific PVB is used to produce HUD-enabled windshields. Clear viewing of displays projected onto the windshield is enabled by projectors integrated into the vehicle. This configuration allows the windshield to clearly reflect the display and prevent ghosting.
